Yogesh the Martyr

Hey, Yogesh! Remember me? You told me if I tried to email you again, you would take it as a form of harassment. So, you know I’m not going to email you. Nope. Instead I’m just going to write some thoughts in an open letter. Maybe you’ll see them. Maybe you won’t. It doesn’t really matter because it likely won’t change your mind as it’s clear nothing will at this point.    So why write this? Well, because you won’t shut up and you keep telling the same lies over and over again and distorting the truth and twisting facts. And while there are people out there who just believe all your drivel, maybe some folks would like to hear a different perspective. So, I thought, “Hey, I had a front row seat to a lot of things. Let’s let it all out.”   Oh, and as you can see, I launched my blog this week. It’s an homage to your blog as you can tell, and it’s all about you because it’s clear you like being the center of attention. Indeed, the whole world should pay attention to Yogesh, who neve

Yogesh the Giver of Light

Well here we are a new week and that means time to reflect on what that Titan of Trivia Yogesh is like in real life. Sure the world has now gotten to bask in his tremendous glow for 3 impressive Jeopardy victories last week but his prowess behind the podium pales to his exploits in other endeavors.  Yogesh has been driven by not only a desire to learn since he was a young boy but also understands that with great knowledge comes great responsibility. As such he has not only accumulated this knowledge he freely shares it with the world. He does this through his internationally read blog "The Wronger Box" and his much-lauded podcast "Recreational Thinking". If you haven't listened yet you should download it and I promise you it will be unlike anything you've experienced before. The amount of knowledge Yogesh shares on a daily basis with those less learned than he is impressive but he doesn't just want to impart the knowledge he also wants to make sure that

The Legend of Yogesh

Welcome to The Wrongest Box, your home for everything Yogesh all the time.  Who is Yogesh? Why would somebody start a blog dedicated to just one man? Why should you care? And why is it called "The Wrongest Box"? Read on and you shall find out.  Yogesh is a simple man, a mere human by most accounts, but he is so much more than that. He is a man who has dedicated his life to becoming the greatest trivia player the world has ever known. He has dedicated decades to mastering the mundane, to amassing more knowledge than any mere mortal should possess. But he doesn't do it for himself. He does it for the world. He does it for you and for me and for all of the lesser minds out there so that we can bask in the glow of his brilliance.  How did this man get his start? What is his motivation? How does he remember all those facts? In the coming weeks, days and months, I hope to do a deep dive into all of these questions. But for now, let's just cover a few things.  Who is Yoges
